It can be confusing when a Quest doesn’t complete even though you’ve done the task. In most cases, one small requirement is missing. Here’s what to check so you can complete your Quest and get your reward.
Check task requirements
Some tasks have extra conditions. You need to meet them before the task counts as completed.
For example, a transaction might need to:
- be fully completed (not pending or in progress)
- meet a minimum value
- match a specific category
Open the task details to make sure you meet all requirements.
How to check task details
- Log in to your ZEN.COM app and select "Rewards" from the bottom menu.
- Tap "Quests" to see your ongoing Quests.
- Select the Quest you want to check.
- Tap a task to expand its details.
Some tasks include additional instructions or rules in this section.
Common reasons your Quest is not completed

Not all task requirements are met
Check details like transaction status, value, or category. One missing condition can block completion. -
The Quest expired or reset
Some Quests are time-limited. If they expire, your progress may reset. -
There are more tasks in the Quest
A Quest is completed only after finishing all of its tasks.
