Quests help you earn extra rewards as you use the ZEN.COM app. Each Quest gives you Experience Points (XP) to increase your Status and Energy Points to boost your Stones.
If a Quest isn’t visible in your app, it simply means it’s not available for your account right now. New Quests appear automatically, and some may be available only to certain account types.
Before we start
If you completed the activity before the Quest appeared in your app, it won’t count. You’ll need to do the activity again after the Quest becomes available.
What you get for completing a Quest
When you finish all tasks in a Quest, the rewards are added to your account automatically. Depending on the Quest, you may receive:
- Experience Points (XP), which increase your Status
- Energy Points, which you can use to boost Stones' value
- Bonus Shards
- Full Stones ready to exchange for rewards
How to check your available Quests
- Log in to your ZEN.COM app and select “Rewards” from the bottom menu.
- Tap “Quests” at the bottom of the screen to see your ongoing Quests.
- Select any Quest to see its tasks and the rewards you’ll earn.
Completed Quests move to the "Completed" tab.
