Before you connect your accounts, make sure your details match in both ZEN and Bitpanda. This prevents failed connections and helps your deposit go through smoothly. These details must be the same in both services:
- Phone number,
- Email address,
- First names, middle names, and surnames,
- Document used,
- Residential address.
If the above details do not match on your accounts, you will need to update them.
How to link your ZEN account with Bitpanda by depositing funds to Bitpanda
To link your ZEN and Bitpanda accounts during your first deposit to Bitpanda, follow these steps:
- If you do not yet have a Bitpanda account, create one using exactly the same details as those registered on your ZEN account.
- Log in to your account on the Bitpanda website or app (external link).
- Select "Deposit" and choose the PLN, CZK, or RON wallet.
- Select "ZEN.COM" as a payment provider, choose the amount you want to deposit, and select "Continue".
- After agreeing to the early fulfilment of the transaction, select "Deposit now".
- You will receive an SMS-PIN from Bitpanda. Enter it and confirm by selecting "Send".
- You will be asked to approve the transaction in the ZEN.COM app. After confirming your payment, you will be redirected back to Bitpanda, and the amount will be credited to your fiat wallet.
- Done! Your Bitpanda and ZEN accounts are now linked, and your first deposit to Bitpanda is completed.
