Can I block a merchant or subscription from charging my ZEN Card?

At the moment, it’s not possible to block a specific merchant or subscription from charging your ZEN Card directly in the app.

If you no longer want a subscription to renew, the safest option is to cancel it with the merchant first. This helps avoid future charges and keeps your subscription status clear on the provider’s side.


Cancel the subscription with the merchant

Most subscriptions can be canceled directly in the provider’s app or website. Here are some common services and where to manage them:


Your subscription is not on the list

If your subscription is not listed above, check the merchant’s website or app for sections like:

  • Subscription
  • Billing
  • Membership
  • Premium
  • Account settings

Most services allow you to cancel recurring payments directly from your account settings or subscription page.

If you cannot find the cancellation option, search for the merchant’s official help center or contact their support team directly.


If you cannot cancel the subscription

If the merchant does not allow you to cancel the subscription, or you cannot access the account connected to it, you can remove the ZEN Card used for the payment and order a new one.

Keep in mind that removing your card will also stop other recurring payments connected to that card number, so you may need to update payment details in services you still use.
