Who can use the Flight Delay Lounge Pass?
Flight Delay Lounge Pass is available depending on your ZEN.COM subscription plan:
- Good: Flight Delay Lounge Pass is not available
- Better: Flight Delay Lounge Pass is not available
- Best: Flight Delay Lounge Pass is not available
- ZEN: Flight Delay Lounge Pass is available
To use the benefit, add your flight in Flight+ before the delay occurs.
What happens if your flight is delayed?
If your registered flight is delayed by more than 3 hours, AirLegit checks whether eligible airport lounge access is available.
If a participating lounge is available and can accept guests, you’ll receive a pass for lounge access.
Availability depends on factors such as the airport, flight, available lounge capacity, and the delay.
How long is the pass valid?
Your airport lounge pass is valid for 24 hours from the time it is issued.
The pass:
- can only be used by the traveler named on it
- must be used with the boarding pass for the corresponding flight
- is subject to availability at the participating lounge
A pass does not guarantee that a lounge will be able to admit you when you arrive.
