Add your flight to Flight+ before you travel so AirLegit can check it automatically for delays. If your registered flight is delayed by more than 3 hours and qualifies for the benefit, you’ll be notified when your Flight Delay Lounge Pass is ready.
Flight Delay Lounge Pass is provided by AirLegit, our trusted partner, and is available with the ZEN subscription plan.
How to add your flight
- Log in to the ZEN.COM app and select "Zenefits" from the bottom menu.
- Select "Flight+".
- Add your flight using its flight number and departure date. If you’ve already added the flight, select it from the list.
What happens after you add your flight?
You don’t need to keep checking the flight in the ZEN.COM app.
If the registered flight is delayed by more than 3 hours, AirLegit will check whether the Flight Delay Lounge Pass benefit is available for your delay.
If you qualify, you’ll receive a notification when your pass is ready in the ZEN.COM app.
The pass is valid for 24 hours from the time it is issued.
