How to change card limits

You can adjust your card limits anytime in the app. This helps you stay in control of daily spending and cash withdrawals, whether you want more flexibility or extra security.

Types of card limits

You can change two types of limits:

• ATM limits
  Daily limits for cash withdrawals from ATMs.
• Non-cash payment limits
  Daily limits for card payments, such as in-store purchases.

Available limit ranges

For each transaction type, you can set daily limits within the ranges below, depending on your card’s settlement currency:

• EUR settlement currency
  Maximum: 30,000 EUR
  Minimum: 0 EUR
• PLN settlement currency
  Maximum: 120,000 PLN
  Minimum: 0 PLN
• GBP settlement currency
  Maximum: 30,000 GBP
  Minimum: 0 GBP

What is settlement currency?

The settlement currency is the default currency assigned to your card’s country. This is the currency your funds are taken from first. For example:

• A card issued for Poland uses PLN
• A card issued for Germany uses EUR

How to edit card limits

1. Log in to your ZEN.COM app and select “Cards” from the bottom menu.
2. Choose the card and tap "Limits" below it.
3. Set the amounts you prefer, and confirm by tapping "Save".

That’s it. Your new limits apply right away, so you can use your card knowing your limits match how you spend.
