How to change the PIN for your card

Your ZEN Card PIN helps protect your money. How you can change it depends on the type of card you use.

Here’s what’s possible for physical and virtual cards.

Virtual cards

For security reasons, the PIN for a virtual card is set when you order the card and cannot be changed later.

If you need the PIN again, you can safely view it in the card details in the ZEN.COM app.

Physical cards

You can change the PIN for your physical ZEN Card at an ATM.

Before you start, keep in mind:

• You’ll need your current PIN. You can safely view it in the card details in the ZEN.COM app.
• Changing your PIN at an ATM costs 1 EUR, as listed in our Pricing for Individual and Business clients.

How to change your PIN at an ATM

1. Insert your physical card into the ATM.
2. Enter your current PIN.
3. Choose the option to change your PIN on the ATM screen.
4. Follow the on-screen instructions to set a new PIN.

Once confirmed, your new PIN is active right away.
