How to withdraw cash from an ATM? Does ZEN charge fees for withdrawing cash in ATMs?
Answer
You can withdraw cash at any ATM that supports MasterCard cards (you should see a small MasterCard logo on the ATM) in any country where ZEN cards work. To withdraw cash from an ATM using a ZEN Card:
- Make sure you have enough funds in your ZEN account before withdrawal.
- Locate the nearest ATM. If the ATM supports contactless payments, you can even use a virtual card added to your phone's wallet! Please note that not all ATMs have the contactless card reader.
- Follow the instructions on ATMs screen to withdraw cash.
- Before accepting the transaction, make sure the ATM does not charge additional fees. If an ATM offers you to charge the card in your home currency, always decline the conversion and use the local currency instead.
ZEN does not charge fees or commissions for withdrawals, up to your monthly plan limit:
