Report a fraudulent transfer to ZEN.COM
- Log in to your ZEN.COM app and select “Wallet” from the bottom menu.
- Tap "Transaction history". Then, tap the unrecognized payment to open transfer details.
- Tap “Get help”, then tap “Contact support” to open a chat with our consultant.
Our team will review the transaction and make sure your account stays secure.
We strongly recommend reporting the case to your local law enforcement as well. Share the report you made to ZEN.COM with them. Quick reporting can help protect your funds and assist in the investigation.
