My preferred payment method isn’t displayed in ZEN Payment Gateway

If you don’t see the payment method you want to use when placing an order through the ZEN Payment Gateway, it means it isn’t available for this transaction.

This can happen in two ways:

  • Some payment methods are missing
    The payment method you prefer may not be supported in your country or region, or the merchant may not have enabled it for their store.
  • No payment methods are available at all
    If none of the supported payment methods are available in your country or region, you’ll see a “No payment methods available” screen during checkout.

If a payment method isn’t shown, it can’t be used for that order.
If no payment methods are available, the payment can’t be completed via the ZEN Payment Gateway.

We know this can be inconvenient. The payment options shown at checkout reflect what’s currently supported for your location and the merchant you’re paying.
