Transfer to card lets you send money directly to the recipient’s card number. You can send to:
- Mastercard cards via MoneySend.
- Visa cards via Visa Direct.

Before we start
To make a transfer to card, you’ll need the recipient’s:
Full 16 digit card number (expiry date and CVC/CVV codes are not required).
- First name, as shown on the card.
- Last name, as shown on the card.
Send a transfer to card
- Log in to your ZEN.COM app and select “Wallet” from the bottom menu.
- Tap the currency you want to send. Tap “Transfer”, then “Card number”.
- Enter the recipient details and transfer amount.
- You will see the fee that will be charged on top of the transfer amount, if applicable. Learn more about fees for transfers to card numbers here.
- If everything looks correct, tap “Send”. The funds will be sent in your chosen currency without conversion.
How long transfer to card takes
Money transfers between cards are usually instant within the EEA (European Economic Area), and can take up to 5 working days when sent outside the EEA. If your transaction status in the ZEN.COM app shows as “Completed”, it means the funds have been sent successfully, but the recipient’s bank may still be processing the payment before it appears in the recipient's bank account.
