Each ZEN account has a top-up limit. This limit can increase or decrease over time, depending on how you use your account. New accounts usually start with a lower limit, which adjusts gradually as your activity builds. You don’t need to request any changes.
Your top-up limit doesn’t depend on your Subscription Plan. It’s based on how long you’ve been with ZEN.COM and how you use your account.
What is the standard top-up limit?
For most users, the standard top-up limit is up to €3,000 per day.
If your account is new, the limit may be lower at first and increase gradually as you continue using ZEN.COM.
Can other limits apply?
Yes. Your bank or the payment method you use to top up can apply their own limits, such as card payment limits or daily spending caps. These limits are set outside of ZEN.COM and can’t be changed by us.
To adjust them, contact your bank or payment provider directly.
What happens if you reach your top-up limit?
If you reach the limit for one top-up method, you may still be able to add funds using a different method. For example, you can try a bank transfer or a PayPal top-up instead of a card top-up.
If your top-up isn’t urgent, you can also wait until your daily limit resets and use the same top-up method again. Limits reset every day.
Can you check or change your top-up limit?
If you’re an individual client, you can check your top-up limit in the ZEN.COM app. Your personal limit appears after you select a currency and a top-up method.
Checking or changing top-up limits isn’t available on the website or through support chat.
Why can your top-up limit change from one day to another?
Top-up limits are adjusted to help keep your account and payments secure. How you use your account matters, and ZEN.COM systems review activity regularly. Because of this, your limit may sometimes increase or decrease from one day to the next.
Tip
If you’re planning a larger top-up on your individual account, check your limit in the app first. This helps you choose the fastest available method and avoid delays.
