Can I share my ZEN account with someone else?

We understand that you might want to share your ZEN account with a partner or family member, but each ZEN Personal account is for individual use only.

It’s best for everyone to have their own account. This keeps your information private and your money secure. To open a ZEN account, you need to be at least 18 years old and have a supported identity document.

Remember to keep your login details, passwords, PINs, and linked devices safe. Don’t share your ZEN Card numbers, PIN codes, or passcodes with anyone. Our Support Team can’t share information about your account with third parties, including your friends or family.
