Passcode required after app update for iOS

Updated:

After updating the ZEN.COM app to version 1.139.0 on iOS, you might be asked to enter your passcode when you open the app, even if you normally use Face ID or Touch ID.

This can feel unexpected, but it’s a one-time security check designed to keep your account safe after the update.

What to expect:

  • You’ll be asked for your passcode once, right after the update.
  • As soon as you enter it, Face ID or Touch ID will start working again.
  • You won’t need to repeat this step the next time you open the app.

This extra check helps make sure only you can access your account after changes to the app. Once it’s done, you can get back to quick, secure access as usual.

If anything doesn’t work as expected, updating Face ID settings or restarting the app usually helps.
