On 1 January 2026, a new Reward Zone season began. This means a fresh XP cycle, while keeping the progress you have already earned.
Here’s what changes and what stays the same.

Your Player Status stays the same
Your current Status (Explorer, Expert, or Ambassador) does not change. You keep the status you have earned, and its expiration date is always visible in your ZEN.COM app. -
Your XP balance is reset
At the start of the new season, your XP balance will be set to 6,000 XP. This gives everyone the same starting point for the new year. -
You can keep earning XP throughout 2026
You will continue earning XP during 2026 and can keep progressing beyond your current Status as the year goes on.
