What are the fees for using a ZEN card?

Using your ZEN Card for everyday payments is free. You can pay in stores or online without any fees charged by ZEN.COM.

When fees may apply

Some actions come with fixed or percentage-based fees. These apply only in specific situations:

  • ATM cash withdrawals
    Fees may apply. You can find the full breakdown in How to withdraw cash from an ATM.
  • ATM balance enquiry
    0.84 GBP per enquiry.
  • ATM PIN code change
    0.84 GBP per change.

Third-party fees

In some cases, additional fees may be charged by third parties. These are not set or collected by ZEN.COM. Examples include:

  • ATM operator fees
  • Fees charged by online stores or service providers where you pay with your card

These fees depend on the service you use and should be shown to you before you complete a payment.
