How to transfer money from your ZEN Business account

Sending money from your ZEN Business account is simple and secure. You can transfer funds to other ZEN.COM users, send money by card number, or make local and international bank transfers. All directly from the ZEN.COM app.

Before sending a transfer

Make sure you have the recipient’s correct details. Double-check them to avoid delays or returns. Depending on the type of transfer, you may need:

• Bank account number in IBAN format and the recipient bank’s BIC/SWIFT code, if sending to an account number.
• Card number if sending to a card.

How to send a transfer in the ZEN.COM app

1. Log in to your ZEN.COM app and select “Transfers” from the bottom menu.
2. Select where you want to send money:
   • Account number (local, SEPA, or SWIFT): send money to a bank account.
   • Card number: send money directly to a card number. Learn more here.
3. Enter the recipient details, then enter the amount and, if needed, add a reference for the transfer.
4. Check all details carefully. You’ll see any applicable fees, the exchange rate, and the processing time before confirming. When everything looks correct, confirm the transfer.

Once confirmed, a transfer can’t be edited or cancelled.

After you confirm

Your transfer will be sent according to the selected method and processing time. You’ll see it immediately in your transaction history and can check its status anytime in the app.
