If you need to send money faster, ZEN.COM supports several instant transfer methods, depending on the country, currency, and transfer type. In many cases, the money can arrive within minutes.
Supported instant transfer methods
ZEN.COM currently supports:
- Faster Payments system in GBP

SEPA Instant in EUR within Single Euro Payments Area countries
- Outgoing SEPA Instant transfers are not available on the Free plan
- Transfer to Card number (usually instant within the European Economic Area)
Sending an instant transfer
When sending a bank transfer from your ZEN account, you can choose whether to send it as a "Standard" or "Express" transfer. To learn how to send money from your ZEN account, check this article.
If you don’t see the "Express" option, it usually means that instant transfers are not supported for that transfer type.
Receiving an instant transfer
When someone sends money to your ZEN account from another bank or financial institution, they need to choose the instant or express transfer option on their side.
