Sending money from your ZEN account is simple and secure. You can transfer funds to other ZEN.COM users, send money by card number, make local or international bank transfers, or move crypto. All directly from the ZEN.COM app.
Before sending a transfer
Make sure you have the recipient’s correct details. Double-check them to avoid delays or returns. Depending on the type of transfer, you may need:
- Bank account number in IBAN format and the recipient bank’s BIC/SWIFT code, if sending to an account number.
- Card number if sending to a card.
- Recipient’s phone number if using ZEN Buddies.
- Crypto wallet address if sending a crypto transfer.
To send a transfer in the ZEN.COM app
- Log in to your ZEN.COM app and select “Wallet” from the bottom menu.
- Tap the currency you want to send, then tap “Transfer”.
- Select where you want to send money:
- Account number (local, SEPA, or SWIFT): send money to a bank account.
- Crypto address: send supported cryptocurrencies. Learn more here.

- Phone number: send money instantly to another ZEN.COM user using ZEN Buddies. Learn more here.
- Enter the recipient details, then enter the amount and, if needed, add a reference for the transfer.
- Check all details carefully. You’ll see any applicable fees, the exchange rate, and the processing time before confirming. When everything looks correct, confirm the transfer.
Once confirmed, a transfer can’t be edited or canceled.
After you confirm
Your transfer will be sent according to the selected method and processing time. You’ll see it immediately in your transaction history and can check its status anytime in the app.
