Your ZEN card has daily limits for purchases and ATM withdrawals. You can adjust the standard limits yourself, while the maximum limits are fixed. The exact amounts depend on your card’s settlement currency.
Card payment and ATM withdrawal limits
Each card has two types of limits:
- Standard limit: you can change this in the app to suit your needs.
- Maximum limit: this cannot be increased.
Below you’ll find the daily limits by card settlement currency.

What is the card settlement currency?
The card settlement currency is the default currency assigned to your card, and it’s the currency your funds are taken from first. For example:
- A Polish card settles in PLN
- A German card settles in EUR
