It’s normal to notice a difference between the transaction time shown in your ZEN.COM app and the one on your payment confirmation. Both reflect the same payment but use different time zones.
- In the transaction history of your ZEN.COM app, transaction times appear in your local time zone, so you see when the payment happened in your location.
- On your payment confirmation, the time is shown in UTC (Coordinated Universal Time) — the global standard time we use to record transactions.
This means the times may differ by a few hours depending on where you are, but they refer to the same completed payment.
The accounting date on your payment confirmation shows the exact UTC time when the transaction was settled in the system.
