The sender details shown to the recipient depend on the type of transfer you make. Some transfers show your full name, while others show ZEN.COM and a technical account number.
Transfers that show your full name
The recipient will see your name and surname as the sender for:
- SEPA Standard and SEPA Instant transfers
- ZEN Buddies transfers
- internal transfers between ZEN accounts
Transfers that show ZEN.COM
The recipient will see ZEN.COM as the sender and a technical account number for:
- SWIFT transfers
- local RON transfers through TRANSFOND
- local GBP Faster Payments transfers
- local PLN ELIXIR Standard and ELIXIR Express transfers
Do not return money to a technical account number
If the recipient wants to return the money to you, they should not send it to the technical account number shown in the transfer details.
Money sent to this number will not be added to your ZEN account automatically and may require a manual correction.
Instead, share an account number available in your ZEN.COM app with the recipient.
Transfers to a card number
Transfers sent to a card number appear as Mastercard MoneySend, Visa Direct, or PrivatMoney transactions.
Whether the recipient can see sender details or an account number depends on their bank.
