Not getting the text message (SMS) code when you want to log in to the ZEN.COM app? Here are the most common reasons why the message may not arrive and what you can do to fix it.
1. Check your phone number.
Make sure you entered the correct phone number in the ZEN.COM app. A small typo can stop the code from being delivered.
2. Check if your country is supported.
If your phone number or current location is in a country where ZEN.COM isn't available, SMS delivery may fail.
3. Review your phone’s SMS settings.
Some devices block messages from unknown or automated senders. Check whether:
- message filtering or spam protection is enabled,
- the Spam folder contains messages from ZEN.COM,
- your inbox has space to receive new messages.
4. Disable apps that may block messages.
VPNs, filtering tools, or other network-related apps sometimes block incoming text messages. Turn them off and try again.
5. Check your SIM card and mobile network.
Restart your device to refresh your connection with your network operator.
If possible, insert your SIM card into another device. This helps rule out a device issue.
You can also contact your mobile operator to confirm there are no outages or blocks on messages from automated senders.
6. Request a new code.
You can tap “Resend” after a few seconds on the login screen. For some countries, you can choose for the code to be resent via WhatsApp instead of an SMS message.
Two-step verification by text message is required for your security and can't be skipped.
