Need to update your phone number? You can easily do it in the ZEN.COM app to keep your account secure and ensure you never miss important notifications.
Important
For security reasons, you can’t change the phone number linked to your ZEN account during the first 14 days after you create it. If that period hasn’t passed yet, try again later.
Choose the section that applies to you:
You can change your old phone number in ZEN.COM app:
- Log in to your ZEN.COM app and tap your initials in the upper-left corner.
- Select “My details”, then tap the edit icon next to your phone number and follow the instructions.
- That’s it. Your phone number is now updated.
If you do not have access to your account, or you have a Business account, don't worry. Our Support team can help update your number safely.
You may contact ZEN Customer Support:
- At hello@zen.com from the email address associated with your ZEN account.
- Via in-app chat. Ask to change your phone number to a new one.
In your message, remember to include your old phone number, which is connected to your account, and your new phone number, along with the country code (preceded by a “+” sign).
Here are example country codes:
- 🇩🇪 Germany: +49
- 🇬🇧 United Kingdom: +44
- 🇵🇱 Poland: +48
- 🇺🇦 Ukraine: +380
- 🇷🇴 Romania: +40
- 🇹🇷 Turkey: +90
