I didn't receive points in the Priceless® Moments Program

If you didn’t receive points for a transaction made with your ZEN Card in the Mastercard® Priceless® Moments Program, first check if the purchase met the Program rules. These quick checks help you understand whether the points should appear automatically or if it’s time to contact the Program team.

How the Program awards points

When you pay with a Mastercard registered in the Priceless® Moments Program, your everyday purchases can earn points. For every 5 PLN spent at a Program Partner, you receive between 2 and 8 points.

Points are not awarded for:

  • ATM withdrawals,
  • electronic wallet top-ups, such as ZEN.COM, Revolut, Allegro Pay, Klarna, PayPo, Curve, Monzo, DiPocket, Wise, and others.

How to check your points history

 

  1. Log in to the Priceless® Moments Program from the ZEN.COM app.
  2. After you’re redirected to the Program website, tap the button in the top-right corner.
  3. Tap your name and choose “Transactions”.
  4. You’ll see your points grouped into:
    • Purchases at Partners,
    • Accelerating Offers,
    • Other Transactions,
    • Bonus Points.

Why points might be missing

Missing points can feel unclear, especially when you expected them to appear. Before you reach out, take a moment to check the details below:

  • Was the transaction made in Poland? Only purchases in Poland earn points.
  • Did 30 days pass since the transaction was settled? Points can take up to 30 days to appear.
  • Was it an excluded transaction? Virtual wallet top-ups and ATM withdrawals never earn points.

About Bonus Points from Promotions

If the promotion is organised by Mastercard Europe SA together with ZEN.COM, your invitation email always includes a link to the full promotion rules. Some promotions are available only to users who received the email invitation.
