A ZEN PRO Card is a payment card that gives you access to extra benefits when you pay and shop, while keeping everyday payments simple.
You can use the ZEN PRO Card for in-store payments, online purchases, and professional or private expenses.
Who can get a ZEN PRO Card?
The ZEN PRO Card is available for:

Individual ZEN accounts
If you are subscribed to the Pro plan. If you do not see the ZEN PRO Card in the app, check that your plan is set to Pro. -
Business ZEN accounts
For business clients who have permission to order cards.

What benefits do I get with a ZEN PRO Card?
Using a ZEN PRO Card unlocks several Pro-only benefits.
Reward Zone
When you pay with your ZEN PRO Card, you earn Shards.
Shards can be combined into Stones, which you can use for moneyback in selected spending categories.

ZEN Deals
You get access to exclusive promotions, including discounts, cashback offers, and limited deals from selected merchants.
You can find current offers on the Cashback page in your ZEN.COM app.
2 years of Extended Warranty on electronics
When you buy electronic devices with your ZEN PRO Card and register the purchase in the ZEN.COM app, you receive 2 years of Extended Warranty.
Standard ZEN Cards include 1 year.
ZEN Care priority support
All paid plans include ZEN Care Shopping Protection.
If you use a ZEN PRO Card, your cases are handled as a priority by the Support Team.
ATM FeePass
(only for physical ZEN PRO Cards ordered after 26.06.2025)
When ordering a new physical ZEN PRO Card, you can choose up to 3 countries where you plan to withdraw cash.
- Country selection must be made during ordering and cannot be changed later
- The selected Travel Cards are combined into one plastic ZEN PRO Card, with multiple card numbers on a single chip
- Cash withdrawals in those countries work like a local card
- To use ATM FeePass, you must insert the card into an ATM or POS terminal
This feature does not work in contactless mode
How should I use the ZEN PRO Card and Travel Cards?
The default ZEN PRO Card is designed for shopping and earning Shards.
We recommend:
- Using the ZEN PRO Card for payments and rewards
- Using ZEN Travel Cards only for ATM withdrawals and local subscriptions
ZEN Travel Cards do not award Shards.
What happens if I cancel my Pro plan?
If you cancel your Pro plan on an individual account, or remove the ZEN PRO Card from a business account:
- You lose access to Pro-only benefits listed above
- Your card continues to work as a regular ZEN payment card after the Pro plan is canceled
- Standard benefits that depend on your active ZEN plan still apply, including:
- ZEN Care Shopping Protection
- 1 year of extended warranty
- Standard Instant Cashback offers
Using a ZEN PRO Card, for both individual and business clients, is subject to the ZEN PRO Card Terms.
