How to add, edit, or delete saved transfer recipients

Saving recipients helps you send money faster and avoid typing errors. Here’s how to add, update, or remove saved recipients in your ZEN.COM app.

Add a new recipient
  1. Log in to your ZEN.COM app and select “Wallet” from the bottom menu.
  2. Tap the currency you want to send, then tap “Transfer” and choose the transfer type. Each transfer type has separate saved recipients.
  3. Tap “Add recipient” and fill in the details.
  4. For bank transfers, tick “Save recipient”. For other transfer types, recipients are saved automatically.
Edit an existing recipient
  1. Log in to your ZEN.COM app and select “Wallet” from the bottom menu.
  2. Tap any currency, then tap “Transfer”, and choose the transfer type. Each transfer type has separate saved recipients.
  3. A list of saved recipients will appear. Swipe left on the recipient and tap “Edit”.
    • If some data is unavailable for editing (lock icon on the right side), delete the recipient, and then add them using the “Add recipient” button.
    • To edit a recipient from your ZEN Buddies list, edit the person in your phone's contacts.
Delete an existing recipient

To delete a saved recipient, follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to your ZEN.COM app and select “Wallet” from the bottom menu.
  2. Tap any currency, then tap “Transfer” and choose the transfer type. Each transfer type has separate saved recipients.
  3. A list of saved recipients will appear. Swipe left on the recipient and tap “Remove”. Confirm when the pop-up appears.
    • To remove a recipient from your ZEN Buddies list, remove the person from your phone's contacts.
