How to manage ZEN Payment Gateway settings for your e-commerce store

You can manage payments, refunds, reports, and integration settings for your online store in the ZEN Web Portal.

This guide shows you where to find each section, so you can stay in control of how your store processes payments.

Before you start

Make sure you can log in to the ZEN Web Portal with your ZEN Business account.

How to open your store settings

  1. Log in to the ZEN Web Portal.
  2. In the top-left corner of the screen, select "ZEN Banking", then choose your store name.

If you have more than one store, select the one you want to manage.

Once selected, your E-commerce panel opens. All store options appear in the menu on the left.

What you can manage in the E-commerce panel

Each section helps you oversee a different part of your store’s payment activity.

Your store name

Select your store name in the top-left corner of the screen to:

Home

Your store's main dashboard.
It shows an overview of purchases, refunds, and transactions, so you can keep track of how your store is performing.

Payments

Use this section to review payments made in your e-commerce store over the last 6 months.

You can search for transactions using:

  • Client email address
  • Transaction ID
  • Reference ID
  • Card PAN

You can also apply additional filters, such as:

  • Date
  • Amount
  • Currency
  • Payment channel
  • Transaction type
  • Transaction status

When you open a specific payment, you can refund it directly to the payment method used by your client. This allows you to manage returns without additional tools.

Reports

In this section, you can generate authorization and settlement reports for transactions processed through your ZEN Payment Gateway.

Report details:

  • One report can cover up to 31 days
  • For longer periods, create separate reports
  • You can generate reports for transactions older than 6 months, which no longer appear in the "Payments" section
  • Reports are available for download for 30 days after generation
Store settings

Use "Store settings" to:

  • Manage payment methods available in your store
  • Update API credentials for your Payment Gateway integration
  • Apply to the cashback program, which rewards your clients with funds returned to their ZEN account after purchases

Payment methods availability

Available payment methods depend on:

  • Your Merchant Category Code (MCC), based on your business activity
  • Your company’s registration country
