You can manage your ZEN Business account through the ZEN Web Portal. It gives you a clear overview of your funds, tools for daily operations, and quick access to support whenever you need it.
What you see after logging in
When you log in to the ZEN Web Portal, you land on the "Home" section. Here, you’ll see a summary of available funds across all your currency accounts, so you can check your balances at a glance.
If you need help at any point, the ZEN Customer Support chat is always available in the top-right corner of the screen.
On the left side of the portal, you’ll find the main sections of your account. Each one focuses on a different part of managing your business finances.
Below you’ll find an overview of each section and what you can manage there.
Your main dashboard.
It shows an overview of funds available on your currency accounts, so you can keep track of your cash flow at a glance.
This section is split into several parts:

Account list
A full list of currencies available on your ZEN Business account, with the current balance for each one. -
Statements
Transaction summaries generated on demand. You can choose a specific currency and month. -
Reconciliation
Tools to match processed transactions with settlement amounts received from acquirers or payment method providers, helping you confirm that payouts are correct. -
All transactions
Your complete transaction history, with filters to help you find exactly what you’re looking for.
A quick way to manage the currencies held in your ZEN account. You can check current exchange rates and exchange currencies whenever you need to.
This section helps you manage outgoing transfers and is divided into a few parts:

New transfer
Create a new transfer to another ZEN account or to an external bank account. -
Recipients
View and edit your saved bank transfer recipients. -
Recurring transfers
Set up and manage your recurring transfers and automated sweep transfers. -
Transfers for approval
If you’re creating multiple transfers, you can send them for later approval and confirm them all at once. This saves time by reducing the number of SMS confirmations you need to enter.
Please note
Card transfers and cryptocurrency transfers are currently available only in the ZEN.COM mobile app. They’re not supported in the ZEN Web Portal yet.
Manage payment cards issued for your ZEN Business account.
From here, you can review card settings and order new cards when needed.
An overview of additional benefits included with your ZEN Business subscription, such as Instant Cashback, Extended Warranty, and Shopping Protection.
Access your ZEN Payment Gateway
To access ZEN Payment Gateway settings, select "ZEN Banking" in the top-left corner of the screen. You’ll see a list of your active ZEN Payment Gateway businesses and the option to add a new one.
- If you already use the ZEN Payment Gateway, select a store name to see your connected e-commerce store details.
