I don't see my Local RON account number

Local RON account numbers appear in the ZEN.COM app only if your account meets Romania-specific requirements. Check the criteria below and contact Customer Support if you need to update your details.

Who has access to Local RON (TRANSFOND) transfers

Local RON incoming and outgoing transfers are available when:

For individual clients

  • Your identity document is issued in Romania, and
  • Your residence country is Romania.

For business clients

  • Your company registration country is Romania.

For all clients

  • During registration, you did not choose “Other” as the purpose of creating the ZEN account.

If your account was verified with a different document than listed above, or you selected “Other” as your account purpose, the Romanian account number and TRANSFOND transfers will not be available.

Update your account details if you are eligible for Local RON transfers

To update your account details, please contact the ZEN Customer Support by sending an email to hello@zen.com or via in-app chat, and tell the agent which details you want to update.
