How to check what is my account number (IBAN)

You can find your ZEN account number (IBAN) in just a few taps. This lets you receive transfers safely and share the right details with others. Here’s how to check it and what to do if you don’t see one for a specific currency.

How to find your account number

  1. Log in to your ZEN.COM app and select “Wallet” from the bottom menu.
  2. Tap the currency to see your unique account number for that currency.
  3. Some currencies may have two account numbers (one for domestic transfers and one for international transfers).
Check the short descriptions below each number. They’ll help you choose the right one for the type of transfer you want to receive.

If you don’t see your account number, it’s usually linked to your verification details. Check the sections below to see why:

I don't see my international account number

If you signed up to ZEN.COM using a Ukrainian, Moldavian, or Turkish document, SWIFT transfers aren’t available. Your account won’t have an IBAN for SWIFT transfers, and some currencies may show no account numbers at all. In this case, SWIFT transfers to and from your ZEN account won’t be possible, but you can still enjoy other ZEN.COM features: instant cashback, top-ups with a card, ZEN Buddies transfers, PrivatMoney transfers, and SEPA transfers in EUR.

If you’re a citizen of Ukraine and registered using a residence permit issued by a country allowed during onboarding, you’ll have SWIFT account numbers and can send and receive SWIFT transfers.

I don't see my Polish account number

Local PLN account numbers and transfers are available if your account was verified with one of the following documents:

  • Polish ID card,
  • Polish passport,
  • Polish residence card (only if you have Ukrainian citizenship).

If your account was verified with a Polish driver’s license or a Polish residence card, but your citizenship is not Ukrainian, the Polish account number won’t be available.

If you have the required documents, you can update your account data to enable PLN local transfers and a Polish account number.

I don't see my Romanian account number

Local RON account numbers for TRANSFOND transfers are available if:

  • For individual clients: your ID was issued in Romania and your residence country is Romania.
  • For business clients: your company is registered in Romania.
  • For all clients: you didn’t choose “Other” as the purpose of creating your ZEN account during registration.

If your account was verified with another document, you selected “Other” as your account purpose, your residence country differs from Romania, or your company is not registered in Romania, a Romanian account number won’t appear.

If you meet the criteria, you can update your details to activate local RON transfers.

I don't see my Sort Code and account number for GBP transfers

Sort Code and account numbers for local GBP transfers via Faster Payments are available if your account was verified with a UK-issued identity document. If your verification document was issued in another country, local Faster Payment transfers won’t be available in your ZEN account. In that case, you can still send funds in GBP using your SWIFT account IBAN for international transfers.

If you can’t see any other account numbers, check this related guide: How to transfer funds to your ZEN account number.
