When we ask for documents, send them only through the channel shown in the ZEN.COM app, an official ZEN.COM email, or the support conversation connected to your case. Do not send verification documents through unofficial channels.
Before you upload documents
Make sure every document is:
- clear and readable
- valid and not expired
- complete, with all pages included
- in your name or clearly connected to you
- showing the relevant dates and amounts
- showing account details where needed
- relevant to the source of income or funds you selected
Do not crop, blur, hide, or edit information needed for verification.
Which documents can I provide?
Choose the section that matches the source of income or funds you selected in the ZEN.COM app.
Salary, wages, or savings
You can provide documents such as:
- Bank statements showing salary deposits from the last 3-6 months.
- Employment contract showing your salary.
- Employer-issued letter confirming salary amounts (monthly or yearly) and employment.
- Pay slips from the last 3-6 months.
- Tax declaration for the last year.
Business income
You can provide documents such as:
- Bank or investment statements from the last 3–12 months.
- Business registration certificate or trade license.
- Articles of incorporation or shareholder agreements.
- Audited financial statements for the last 12 months.
- Invoices or contracts showing business income from the last 3–12 months.
Investment income (other than crypto)
You can provide documents such as:
- Bank or investment statements from the last 3–12 months.
- Purchase agreements for stocks, bonds, or real estate from an official source, such as a bank, broker, or online trading platform.
- Purchase or rental agreements.
- Notarized real estate purchase or sale contracts.
- Sale contracts with proof of prior ownership.
- Tax payment proof related to the sale.
Inheritance or commercial loan
You can provide documents such as:
- Notarized legal will or probate court decision.
- Bank statements showing the credited inheritance amount.
- Inheritance certificate issued by a notary or court.
- Tax payment proof related to inheritance.
- Commercial loan agreement or credit facility documentation.
- Bank statements showing loan-related transactions.
Gifts or private loan
You can provide documents such as:
- Gift or donation agreement. For real estate, vehicles, art pieces, or other high-value items, the agreement should be notarized.
- Bank statements reflecting the transfer of gift or private loan to the external bank account, if not received directly onto the ZEN account.
- Private loan agreement.
Pension payments or government benefits
You can provide documents such as:
- Official decision granting the allowance.
- Pension payment statements from the last 3–12 months.
- Official letter from the pension fund or relevant authority.
- External bank statement clearly showing regular benefit payments from the named institution.
Dividends or sale of assets
You can provide documents such as:
- Dividend payment confirmations from the company – should contain the signature of the Director, Board Members or Secretary visible in the Business register.
- Articles of Association or board resolutions authorizing the payment – containing the necessary signatures as mentioned in the above category.
- Bank statements showing dividend credits.
- Tax declarations reflecting dividend income.
Lottery or gambling winnings
You can provide documents such as:
- Official confirmation of winnings or settlement agreement.
- Bank statements reflecting the funds from the winning credited onto the account, if the funds have not been credited directly to the ZEN account.
- Tax return statement indicating the amount of the winnings (if applicable).
Crypto investments
You can provide documents such as:
- Transaction history from your virtual currency exchange platform from the last 3-6 months.
- Tax filings reflecting cryptocurrency-related income.
- Balance statements from exchanges such as XTB, Binance, etc.
My source of funds is not listed
Choose the closest available category and provide:
- A short explanation of where the funds came from.
- Documents showing the origin of the funds.
- Bank statements showing movement of the funds.
- Contracts, invoices, agreements, certificates, confirmations, or tax documents if relevant.
If you’re unsure which category to choose, reply in the message thread connected to your verification request and explain your situation.
Where should I send the documents?
If you see “Unlock your transaction” or another request in the ZEN.COM app:
- Open the message in the ZEN.COM app.
- Check what information or documents are requested.
- Upload the documents directly through the app if that option is available.
- If we ask you to reply by email, use only the official ZEN.COM email thread connected to your case.
