If your Deals Stone isn’t available when you want to use it, it usually means it expired or the partner store is taking a break from the Instant Cashback program. This guide explains why it happens and what you can do next.
Why a Deals Stone may be unavailable
All Deals Stones stay valid for 12 months. After that, they expire and can’t be used anymore.
Each Deals Stone is linked to one randomly selected Instant Cashback partner, and this partner can’t be changed. The partner list sometimes changes because we review offers to keep them attractive for you. You’ll always find the current list in the “Cashback” section of the ZEN.COM app.
If your Stone is linked to a store that plans a temporary break from the program, you still have a few options.
What you can do if a partner store plans to take a break
Use the Deals Stone before the break.
If the store is still active, you can use your Deals Stone right away.
Exchange the Stone for Fortune Stone Shards.
Even if the Deals Stone cannot be used at the moment, you can still convert it into Shards for a Fortune Stone.
To exchange it:
- Log in to your ZEN.COM app and select “Rewards” from the bottom menu.
- Tap “Reward Zone”.
- Drag and drop your Deals Stone to convert it into Fortune Stone Shards.
Keep the Stone
Your Deals Stone stays valid for 12 months. If the store returns to the Instant Cashback offer within that period, you’ll be able to use it again.
