Reward Zone is a loyalty program in the ZEN.COM app that lets you collect Shards, turn them into Stones, and use these Stones to get money back on eligible transactions.
- If you have a ZEN Personal account, you get Reward Zone access with an active Better, Best, or ZEN subscription plan and a ZEN card that earns Shards.
- If you have a ZEN Business account, you can access Reward Zone with an active ZEN PRO card.
What you can do in Reward Zone
In Reward Zone, you can:
- Collect Shards when you pay with your ZEN card that earns Shards.
- Exchange Shards for Stones.
- Use Stones to receive rewards.
- Complete Quests and use Boosters to increase the value of your rewards.
- Send Stones to your ZEN Buddies if you have a ZEN Personal account.
- Receive Stones from your ZEN Buddies if you have a ZEN Personal account.
Reward Zone is currently available only in the ZEN.COM app. You can’t use it in the MY.ZEN.COM Portal yet.
Which ZEN cards earn Shards
You can earn Shards when you pay with:
- a ZEN card with Reward Zone included
- a ZEN PRO card
If you have an active Good subscription plan and use a ZEN card without Reward Zone, you can earn up to 100 Shards in total. This limit does not renew.
What happens if your Reward Zone access becomes inactive?
You won’t lose the rewards you’ve already earned. You can still exchange previously earned Shards and use your Stones to receive rewards.
To start collecting Shards again, activate your Better, Best, or ZEN plan and use a ZEN card that earns Shards.
If someone sends you a Stone while you don’t have active Reward Zone access, you can still use the Stone to receive a reward and send Gratitude Shards in return.
