Automated sweep transfers help your business keep a steady balance while moving extra funds automatically. You can set a threshold amount to stay in your ZEN Account, and any surplus above it will be sent to another account you choose.
This feature is available for business users in the ZEN Web Portal. Fees for automated sweep transfers are the same as for standard transfers.
Before we start
You’ll need:
- Access to the ZEN Web Portal.
- Recipient account details where you want surplus funds sent.
How to set up automated sweep transfer
- Log in to the ZEN Web Portal and select “Sendouts” in the left menu.
- Select “Recurring transfers”, then choose the “+” on the right side.
- Choose “Sweep transfer”, and enter the recipient details. You need to select the balance the sweep will use and define the threshold you want to keep in your account. Select “Continue” when you are ready.
- Name your sweep transfer to identify it easily, set how often it should repeat, and choose the start date. Select “Continue” when you are ready.
- Review the summary carefully, and select “Continue” if everything looks correct to end the set-up.
If automated sweep transfer fails
ZEN.COM automatically retries failed transfers up to three times. You’ll be notified about each attempt. If all retries fail, the payment will be marked as unsuccessful.
If the issue requires your action (for example, invalid account details), the order will be marked as “Rejected”. Update the information before new attempts can run.
If ZEN.COM cancels an automated sweep transfer
In rare cases, such as regulatory or technical reasons, ZEN.COM may permanently cancel an automated sweep order. If that happens, you’ll get a notification with a specific cancellation reason.
