You can currently join several active ZEN.COM promotions. Each offers a different way to earn rewards or experiences when you use your ZEN Card or take part in a contest.

Score a hat-trick with Messi
Clients from Poland can complete the time-limited ZEN Quest “Score a hat-trick with Messi” for a chance to receive a 50 PLN voucher for Allegro or Zalando.
To win the prize, you must complete all 3 objectives of the Quest:
- Make 10 payments with your ZEN card, each for at least 10 PLN.
- Complete 1 Instant Cashback transaction.
- Receive an eligible Bank Transfer of at least 500 PLN.
The first 5,000 clients who fully complete the Quest between 15.05.2026 and 24.05.2026 will receive the reward by e-mail by 11.06.2026.

Black Friday Limited Edition ZEN PRO Card
You received an option to order a virtual Black Friday Limited Edition ZEN PRO Card when you reached a total of 250 EUR spent with any ZEN Card during the promotion period: 24 November to 1 December 2025.
This limited edition virtual card includes a built-in chance for additional rewards in the Reward Zone moneyback program, such as a higher chance to receive extra Shards and Stones. To fully benefit from the Black Friday Limited Edition Card, an active Pro Plan is required.
You could take part in the promotion if you have:
- an active ZEN account (individual or business), and
- an active ZEN Card.
All online and in-store payments made to any merchant during the promotion period count towards the Limited Edition Black Friday Card Quest progress, as long as they are successfully settled and not refunded or reversed. Transactions posted after 1 December 2025, 23:59 CET are not included.
The virtual card is available to order in your ZEN.COM app starting on 8 December 2025 at the latest, if you meet the requirements.
