For example, if the ZEN.COM app redirects you to the UK (ExampleStore.co.uk) version of a store, purchases made on the German (ExampleStore.de) version of that store won’t qualify for cashback.
Different brands under separate websites
Some stores run multiple brands on different websites. Cashback is available only for the exact brand website opened from the ZEN.COM app.
