With Online Instant Cashback, you can get part of your money back when shopping at selected partner stores. Depending on the offer, you may need to open a store link through the ZEN.COM app, use ZEN Payment Gateway, or simply pay with your ZEN card.
Cashback usually appears in your ZEN account within 30 minutes after an eligible purchase.
There are three types of online cashback offers, each with different requirements. Check the offer details in the ZEN.COM app before shopping to make sure your purchase qualifies.
What types of Online Instant Cashback offers are available?
Referral link offers
For these offers, you need to open the store through a special link in the ZEN.COM app and complete your purchase in one uninterrupted shopping session.
To receive cashback:
- Open the partner store by tapping "Use cashback" in the ZEN.COM app.
- Start with an empty shopping cart.
- Add products to your cart without switching between apps or interrupting your browser session.
- Pay for the entire order with your ZEN card. You can also use your ZEN card through Apple Pay, Google Pay, or another mobile wallet.
Payments made through PayByZEN, PayPal, Curve, or installment and deferred-payment services aren't eligible for cashback.
One generated store link can be used for one cashback purchase. If you want to place another order at the same store, return to the ZEN.COM app and tap "Use cashback" again before each purchase.
To avoid interrupting your shopping session, copy your ZEN card number from the ZEN.COM app before opening the store, use your device's autofill, or pay with Apple Pay or Google Pay if available.
ZEN Payment Gateway offers
For these offers, you need to pay through ZEN Payment Gateway, a payment service available at selected online stores.
You can open the store through the ZEN.COM app or visit its website directly.
The store decides which purchases qualify for cashback. Depending on the offer, it may:
- Set one cashback percentage for all eligible purchases.
- Offer different cashback percentages for specific products.
- Limit cashback to selected products.
- Choose which payment methods qualify for cashback.
Before paying, check the offer details in the ZEN.COM app and select an eligible payment method through ZEN Payment Gateway.
Pay by card offers
For these offers, you don't need to open a special store link or start shopping through the ZEN.COM app.
To receive cashback:
- Check which ZEN cards are eligible for the offer in the ZEN.COM app.
- Visit the store's website as usual.
- Complete your purchase using an eligible ZEN card. You can also pay with that card through Apple Pay, Google Pay, or another mobile wallet.
Cashback will be granted if your purchase meets the offer requirements.
Where can I find Online Instant Cashback offers?
You can find available online cashback offers in the ZEN.COM app. Cashback percentages and partner availability may change, so check the app for the latest offers and requirements.

To browse cashback partners:
- Log in to your ZEN.COM app and select "Shopping" from the bottom menu.
ZEN Business account: select "More ZEN" instead. - Tap "Cashback" to see stores available in your country.
- Make sure you're in the "Online" tab. Then, choose a store and check its cashback percentage, offer type, and payment requirements.
- Follow the instructions shown for that offer. If the offer requires a store link, tap "Use cashback" before shopping.
How much cashback can I receive?
You can receive up to 250 EUR (or the equivalent in another currency) per day from a single Program Partner.
This limit applies to all types of cashback offers and resets every day at 0:00 CET. Any cashback amount above the daily limit won't be granted.
