How to get cashback on Allegro with ZEN.COM

You can earn cashback on Allegro purchases when you shop through ZEN.COM and follow a few simple rules. This guide explains how cashback on Allegro works and why cashback may sometimes not appear or be reversed.


How to shop so Allegro cashback is applied

To make sure your purchase is tracked correctly and qualifies for cashback, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the ZEN.COM app and go to the Allegro offer using the available cashback link.
  2. Accept cookies to allow Allegro to link the transaction to your ZEN account.
  3. Add products to your cart only after you are redirected to Allegro from the ZEN.COM app. Then, pay for the order with your ZEN Card.

Skipping any of these steps can prevent cashback from being assigned.

To help cashback track correctly, do not use other cashback programs, affiliate programs, or browser extensions that may change the transaction source.


When the transaction is registered

On Allegro’s side, the transaction is counted when you click the "Buy and Pay" button. This applies both to purchases made through the cart and the "Buy Now" option.

Why cashback from Allegro may not appear or may be reversed

Sometimes cashback does not show up or is later removed. This usually happens when one of the cashback conditions is not met.

The most common reasons are:

  • the purchase was not started through the cashback link in the ZEN.COM app
  • items were added to the cart before clicking the cashback link
  • payment was not made with a ZEN Card
  • another cashback program, affiliate program, or browser extension was used
  • the product belongs to a category excluded from cashback
  • the transaction does not meet the cashback program conditions

If your order is cancelled or refunded, the cashback amount is adjusted or reversed automatically.
