A ZEN Basic Card (sometimes called a ZEN Standard Card) is a payment card for everyday spending. It lets you pay and shop with your ZEN account and gives you access to standard ZEN.COM benefits when you have an active paid plan.
Who can get a ZEN Basic Card?
The ZEN Basic Card is available for:

Individual ZEN accounts
Available to individual clients who have permission to order cards. -
Business ZEN accounts
Available to business clients who have permission to order cards.

What benefits do I get with a ZEN Basic Card?
The ZEN Basic Card gives you additional benefits if you have an active paid ZEN Subscription Plan (Gold, Platinum, Pro, Smart [Business], or Enterprise [Business]).
1 year of Extended Warranty on electronics
When you buy electronic devices with your ZEN Basic Card and register the purchase in the ZEN.COM app, you get 1 extra year of Extended Warranty.
ZEN Care Shopping Protection
All paid ZEN Subscription Plans include ZEN Care Shopping Protection. This gives you support if something goes wrong with a purchase and the seller is not responding.
How should I use the ZEN Basic Card and the ZEN PRO Card?
The ZEN PRO Card is designed for shopping and earning Shards. If your active ZEN Subscription Plan is Pro, we recommend:
- Using the ZEN Basic Card for ATM withdrawals and local subscriptions
- Using the ZEN PRO Card for most payments and rewards
ZEN Basic Card payments do not earn Shards.
What happens if I cancel my paid plan?
If you cancel your paid ZEN Subscription Plan:
- You lose access to the ZEN Basic Card benefits listed above
- Your card continues to work as a regular ZEN payment card
