This feature is available to ZEN clients with Ambassador Status. If you do not see it yet, we kindly ask you for patience, as it will be available to more clients soon.
If you invited someone to ZEN.COM but do not see rewards from your referral yet, it usually means the referred user has not become Active yet.
Rewards do not start when the referred user begins registration. Rewards can start only after the referred user completes all activation requirements defined in the ZEN Referral Program.
How to check the referral status
Your referral status helps explain why rewards may not be visible yet.
To see the status of your referrals:
- Log in to the ZEN.COM app or MY.ZEN.COM portal and tap your initials in the upper-left corner.
- Select “Invite & Earn”, then tap "Active" or "Activating" to see the list of users invited using your referral link.
- Select a user to see your rewards earned thanks to them, or the list of tasks they need to complete to become Active.
Activating
Activating means the referred user has started onboarding or created an account, but has not yet completed all activation requirements.
While the referred user is Activating:
- rewards are not generated,
- the referral is not yet treated as Active,
- the user still needs to complete the required steps.
This means transactions made while the referred user is still Activating do not generate rewards.
Active
Active means the referred user has successfully completed the required onboarding and activation steps.
From the date the referred user becomes Active, you are eligible to earn rewards from applicable revenue generated by that user.
Ended
Ended means the reward period for an Active referred user has expired.
After the reward period ends, the referred user changes from Active to Ended. An Ended referral cannot be extended or returned to Active status.
When does a referred user become Active?
At the moment, the ZEN Referral Program applies to new Business users.
A referred user becomes Active after all of these requirements are completed:
- their account is fully confirmed, verified, and approved,
- they complete at least one qualifying transaction by card or process one qualifying e-commerce transaction using the ZEN Payment Gateway.
Once these requirements are met, the referred Business user becomes Active according to the ZEN Referral Program Terms.
Why ZEN Referral Program rewards may not be visible yet
You may not see rewards from your referral if:
- the referred user did not use your invite link to register,
- the referred user has not completed all activation requirements yet,
- the transactions were made before the referred user became Active,
- the fee paid by the referred user wasn't included in the eligible fees available in the ZEN Referral Program Terms,
- the reward period has ended, and the referral is now Ended.
