The ZEN Referral Program lets eligible ZEN.COM users invite new ZEN Business users and earn rewards when those users become active and generate eligible revenue.
You can invite someone by sharing your unique referral link from the ZEN.COM app or MY.ZEN.COM portal.
How the ZEN Referral Program works
To take part in the program:
- Share your unique referral link with a new ZEN Business user.
- The invited user needs to register using your referral link.
- They need to complete onboarding and meet the activation requirements.
- Once they become active, you start earning rewards from the eligible revenue generated by the referred ZEN Business user.
Rewards do not start when the invited user begins registration. They can start only after the referred user becomes active.

Where to find your ZEN Referral Program link
If the program is available for your account, you can find your referral link in the ZEN.COM app or MY.ZEN.COM portal.
To access it:
- Log in to the ZEN.COM app or MY.ZEN.COM portal and tap your initials in the upper-left corner.
- Select “Invite & Earn” if it is available for your account.
- Tap "Invite link" and share your unique referral link.
Who can use the ZEN Referral Program
The program is available to eligible ZEN.COM users. Access may depend on applicable law, internal policy, fraud prevention measures, or commercial limitations.
ZEN.COM may also refuse, suspend, or end participation if there is suspected abuse, fraud, self-referral, duplicate accounts, artificial transactions, or a breach of the ZEN Referral Program Terms.
Who you can invite
At the moment, you can invite a new ZEN Business user to ZEN.COM.
The referral should be recognized if the invited ZEN Business user registers through your referral link and meets the program requirements.
The program works across other ZEN entities. This means you can invite a ZEN Business user who onboards under a different ZEN entity than yours, as long as the referral meets the ZEN Referral Program Terms.
What the invited ZEN Business user gets
The invited ZEN Business user receives a 2-month free trial, whether they choose the Smart plan or the Enterprise plan.
After the trial ends, the selected plan is charged according to the applicable pricing.
How ZEN Referral Program rewards are calculated
Referral rewards are based on ZEN.COM’s eligible revenue generated by the active referred ZEN Business user.
The standard reward is based on a percentage of eligible net profit from applicable fees. Rewards are not calculated from every fee paid by the referred ZEN Business user.

The ZEN Referral Program is subject to the ZEN Referral Program Terms.
ZEN.COM may modify, suspend, or terminate the program in line with the applicable Terms. If there is any difference between Help Center information and the ZEN Referral Program Terms, the ZEN Referral Program Terms apply.
