Best Price Cover is a Zenefit that lets you spend better by refunding the price difference if you buy an eligible item in a store with your ZEN card and later find the same item for a lower price at another store.
Best Price Cover is provided by Chubb, a global insurance company, and is available with selected ZEN.COM subscription plans for residents of Poland, Czechia, Hungary, Romania, and Lithuania.
How much can I get back?
The maximum refund depends on your ZEN.COM subscription plan:
- Good: Best Price Cover not available
- Better: up to 100 EUR
- Best: up to 250 EUR
- ZEN: up to 500 EUR
The price difference must be at least 30 EUR per item to qualify for a claim.
What purchases are eligible?
Your purchase qualifies for Best Price Cover when:
- you have an eligible ZEN.COM subscription plan active
- you paid for the item with your ZEN card
- you bought it from a physical store in an eligible country
- the item was purchased at its regular price
- you found the same item for a lower price at another eligible physical store
- the lower-priced item is identical to the one you bought
- you submit your claim within 30 days of finding the lower price
Only one Best Price Cover claim can be made for each purchased item.
Refunds are based on the price of the item itself. Warranty costs, service costs, instalment charges, and surcharges are not included when calculating the price difference.
Online purchases, discounted items, and mobile phones are not covered.

How to claim the price difference?
If you find the same product for less:
- Keep proof of the lower price.
- Log in to your ZEN.COM and select "Zenefits" from the bottom menu.
- Tap "Best Price Cover" and open the Chubb Zenefits portal.
- Enter the required details and upload your documents.
If Chubb approves your claim, you’ll receive the eligible price difference refunded directly to your ZEN account.
