What purchases are covered by Best Price Cover?

Updated:

Best Price Cover applies to eligible full-price items bought from physical stores with your ZEN card. The same item must later be available for a lower price at another eligible physical store during the coverage period.

Best Price Cover is provided by Chubb, a global insurance company, and is available with selected ZEN.COM subscription plans for residents of Poland, Czechia, Hungary, Romania, and Lithuania.

When a purchase can be covered

Your purchase may qualify for Best Price Cover if:

  • you have an eligible ZEN.COM subscription plan active
  • you are a resident of Poland, Czechia, Hungary, Romania, or Lithuania
  • you paid for the item with your ZEN card
  • you bought it from a physical retail store in Poland, Czechia, Hungary, Romania, or Lithuania
  • you find an identical item for a lower price at another eligible physical store
  • the price difference is at least 30 EUR
  • you submit your claim within 30 days of finding the lower price

Only one claim can be made for each purchased item.

You can generally compare the price with any eligible physical store. If a particular store can’t be used for comparison, Chubb will inform you in writing before you submit your claim.

Which prices can be compared?

The item you find must be identical to the item you bought.

You can’t use prices from:

  • liquidation sales
  • bankruptcy sales
  • closing-down or out-of-business sales
  • grey-market items

The refund is calculated using the price of the item itself.

The following are not included in the price comparison:

  • warranty costs
  • service costs
  • instalment charges
  • surcharges

What purchases aren’t covered?

Best Price Cover doesn’t cover items that are:
