To stay covered, you must have a subscription plan that includes the specific insurance from the time you make the transaction until you submit a claim.
Your coverage ends if you switch to a subscription plan that doesn't include the specific insurance or cancel your eligible subscription.

Example
You book a trip and pay with your ZEN card while using a subscription plan that doesn't include Travel Delay Cover.
Before your trip begins, you upgrade to a plan that includes Travel Delay Cover.
Your trip won't be covered by Travel Delay Cover because you made the booking before activating an eligible subscription plan.
