How to submit a claim request for 1 year of Extended Warranty?

Claiming your 1 year of Extended Warranty depends on the date you purchased the product. Please choose the applicable below:

Purchase made before 1.01.2025

In the event of a claim regarding the 1 year of Extended Warranty with a standard ZEN Card for a product which was purchased before 1.01.2025, it is necessary to contact the insurer (AXA) directly.

The insurer's contact number for your country is available in the ZEN app:

  1. Log in to the app.
  2. Go to the right, to the Zenefits screen, and select the “Extended Warranty” tile.

     

  3. Click the “i” button in the top right corner.

     


    Then scroll all the way down and click “Claim request to AXA”.

     

  4. The ZEN app will display the insurer's contact number appropriate for your country.

When contacting the insurer, please have the following details ready:

Purchase made on or after 1.01.2025
