When you buy eligible electronics with your ZEN PRO card and register the product in the ZEN.COM app, you can get an extra 24 months of warranty after the manufacturer's warranty expires, at no additional cost.
The 2-year ZEN.COM Extended Warranty is available to ZEN Business customers with an active Smart or Enterprise subscription plan and ZEN Personal customers who still have an active legacy Pro plan.
Changes to 2-year ZEN.COM Extended Warranty for ZEN Personal accounts
With the launch of the new ZEN Personal subscription plans, you can no longer register new products for the 2-year ZEN.COM Extended Warranty, unless you still have an active legacy Pro plan.
- If you still have an active Pro plan: You can continue registering eligible products purchased with your ZEN PRO card. The Pro plan and the ZEN PRO card are no longer available to new customers.
- If you have another ZEN Personal subscription plan: You can't register new products for the 2-year Extended Warranty. However, products you registered previously remain covered until the coverage end date shown in your ZEN.COM app, as long as you keep an eligible paid subscription plan active.
If you live in Poland, Czechia, Hungary, Romania, or Lithuania, you can still register eligible products for the 12-month ZEN.COM Extended Warranty.
