Cashback usually appears in your account within about 30 minutes. If it doesn’t show up, the tracking may have been interrupted. The checks below help you confirm everything was set up correctly for the cashback to be credited.
Before you start shopping
These steps help the tracking link from the ZEN.COM app work as expected:
- Make sure your shopping cart in the partner store is empty before you begin.
- Disable any ad blockers or browser extensions that may interfere with tracking.
- Avoid using other cashback sites, coupon pages, discount tools, or price-comparison services. They can overwrite the ZEN.COM tracking link.
How to shop correctly with ZEN Instant Cashback
- Open the partner store by tapping the link in the ZEN.COM app.
- After the store opens, stay in the same browser session and don’t switch between apps.
If the seller supports purchases through their own app, you’ll see clear information in the ZEN.COM offer. - Add items to your cart after opening the store link from the ZEN.COM app.
- Complete the purchase and pay directly with your ZEN Card in one uninterrupted shopping session.
Tip
For convenience, copy your card number from the ZEN.COM app before you start shopping, use your device’s autofill, or pay with Apple Pay or Google Pay on the store’s website. This helps you complete the payment without switching tabs.
Payment requirements
- Pay for the entire order with your ZEN Card. You can also use a ZEN Card added to Google Pay, Apple Pay, or other mobile wallets.
- Cashback isn’t granted if you pay using other payment methods, such as PayByZEN, PayPal, Curve, and other installment or deferred-payment services.
- Make sure the merchant category isn’t on the list of excluded categories.
Important things to remember
- The link works only in the built-in browser in the ZEN.COM app.
- Sending or sharing the link with another person or device is no longer supported.
- Each tracking link can award cashback for one order. If you want to place several orders in the same store, tap “Use cashback” again in the ZEN.COM app before each purchase.
- Closing the in-app browser or switching to another app interrupts the session, and cashback won’t be credited.
If the steps above aren’t followed, cashback may not be credited, may be removed later, or access to Instant Cashback may be temporarily limited.
I met the conditions but did not receive cashback. What next?
Give it a little more time. Most cashback appears within about 30 minutes.
