How to download payment or transfer confirmation

You can download a confirmation for any completed transfer or payment. It’s useful if you need proof of payment or want to keep it for your records.

Before we start

Confirmations are available only for completed transactions. Rejected or pending transactions do not contain confirmations.

Generate payment confirmation

  1. Log in to your ZEN.COM app and open your transaction history.
  2. Find the payment or transfer. Make sure its status shows “Completed”.
  3. Pull the screen up to open full details, then tap the “Confirmation” icon to generate your document.
  4. To share or save it, tap the “Share” icon in your phone’s file viewer.
